In Memory of Bobby Frank

An Angel On 10/3/08, an angel was created. True, there were times he looked like a biker and other times he looked like more like Santa Claus, but make no mistake about it, Bobby Frank during his life enabled thousands of children to walk. "Angel" doesn't begin to describe him. ...MORE....

I Remember....

  • "Every time I'd see Bobby, he'd greet me with a smile..."
  • " No matter how scared I was, I'd always feel safe when Bobby started casting my leg. "
  • " Bobby would always tell me a joke or two and get my mind on what the future will hold once I got started on the road to recovery... "
  • " There was this time I saw Bobby hold a four year child and gently help her use her new leg orthodics. He was so steady and the girl just held on and walked. "

Multiple Hereditary Exostoses

I’ve had 2 surgeries so far regarding my MHE….both wonderfully successful.  If you have MHE and are looking for a surgeon, I can highly recommend Dr. James Wittig - he took off an exostoses doorknob on my femur and I was back walking 2 days later.
